The FJ ICI – UK Skilled Trade Adaptation Program (2025–2026) is a 9–12 month program helping non-UK tradespeople in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and construction sectors adapt to UK standards. Participants gain technical knowledge, safety certifications (CSCS/IOSH), and essential English skills through online learning and hands-on placements. Graduates complete the program ready for UK employment or further certification in their trade.
